School-Based Health Services are available to all JCSD Students

The Glasscho Hope Wellness School-Based Health Center (SBHC) was established in 1994 to increase access to health care Jasper County School District. School-Based Health services are provided by a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Pediatrician, Registered Dietitian and Licensed Independent Social Worker or Licensed Master’s Social Worker and do not take the place of the family/student’s regular physician, but rather is offered as a convenience to parents while allowing students to remain at school and continue their academic classwork. Confidential, comprehensive service is offered at an affordable cost to all students enrolled in elementary, middle, or high school grades. Parental consent is required for students to participate in the program.

The vision statement speaks to what we aspire for the future for our scholars. The mission statement speaks to what we will do to reach the vision.

Introducing 24/7 Tutoring - Free for 3rd – 12th Grade Students!

Jasper County School District is excited to tell you about our new tutoring services, provided by Paper.
Paper is a secure, online tutoring service that provides students with unlimited, 24/7 academic support. Whether they’re stuck on homework, studying for a test, or need someone to read and make suggestions to their essays, there will always be experts available online to assist students in over 200 subjects and more than 4 languages.

Flooded Roads from Heavy Rain are Creating Safety Hazards for School Buses

Due to the steady rainfall we’ve experienced yesterday and today, some roads may be closed in the county or have standing water. For the safety of all, our bus drivers will not drive buses through standing water or attempt to turn around in areas where it is unsafe to operate the bus. As a result, you are asked to transport your child(ren) to and from school in the areas where it is unsafe for our buses to travel.
